Le téléspectateur de TF1 a eu droit récemment à un programme, commandé et préparé par l’Elysée. Emission diffusée à partir de la salle des fêtes du palais présidentiel, intitulée « Référendum : en direct avec le Président », et sensée expliquer aux Français la future constitution européenne mais qui fut, pour ainsi dire, hors sujet.
Pour d’aucuns, cependant, écouter attentivement la ‘’pensée chiraquienne’’ ne fut pas totalement une perte de temps. Ils purent, par quelques réponses éparses, mieux saisir son projet pour l’Europe. Un dessein, nous assure t-il plein d’ emphase, empli « d’humanisme et de Droits de l’Homme » et qui s’inscrit, forcément, dans une opposition aux puissances émergeantes que sont, entre autres, la Chine et l’Inde, mais également -ce qui surprend seulement les non initiés de la Chiraquie- au monde anglo-saxon et outre atlantique !?!?
Critique qui apostrophe fortement ceux connaissant de près les Etats Unis d’Amérique ( où les valeurs universelles de liberté et de respect de l’individu ne sont pas étrangères à ce pays, quand bien même présidé par un Georges W. Bush à la tête de néoconservateurs honnis à travers la planète ), et qui les contraint à concevoir ce que cache le projet européen chiraquien en le rapprochant, par exemple, de l’obstruction française à la chute du tyran iraqien, ou encore des honneurs rendus à la dépouille du plus grand assassin de Juif depuis la fin du chef nazi… Autocrates méritant uniquement « l’humanisme et les droits de l’homme » réservés habituellement, dans toute démocratie qui se respecte, à ceux que la Justice pend haut et court.

Une autre parole présidentielle ‘’intéressante’’ entendue au cours de cette émission, concernait les responsabilités du futur Ministre des Affaires étrangères de l’Europe prévu par la Constitution. Fonction devant affirmer les positions européennes, mais -somme toute- astreinte à la décision unanime des états membres et non pas à une politique librement choisie au suffrage universel par les peuples de l’union. Ainsi, le veto onusien de la France -comme d’ailleurs celui de la Grande Bretagne- aura tendance à imposer une politique étrangère à l’UE. A l’aune de l’examen de la politique étrangère de la Chiraquie, gageons sans risque qu’un grand nombre d’électeurs renâcleront à accorder leurs suffrages à cette constitution.

Un autre ‘’grand’’ moment de cette soirée fut son affirmation de la découverte récente de la directive Bolkeinstein sur les services publics. Peut on supposer, un tant soit peu, que son Ministre des Affaires étrangères, Michel Barnier, ne l’a jamais informé de son paraphe apposé, il y a plusieurs mois, au bas de cette directive en tant que commissaire européen français ? Bien sûr que non. Ce mensonge justifie, semble t-il, le surnom guignolesque de supermenteur attribué, il y a déjà longtemps, à celui qui préside le devenir de la France.

C’est ainsi, qu’une émission prévue à l’origine pour expliquer et convaincre les électeurs d’accorder leur confiance lors du référendum se transforma, involontairement, en représentation chiraquienne pour le Non. Un non réclamé par les démocrates soucieux d’établir une autre Europe, basée sur une défense manifeste des valeurs universelles de Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité et respect. Un non qui se dissocie totalement de celui des Le Pen et Besancenot, mais aussi de ceux de Buffet, Emmanuelli ou autre De villiers. Un NON qui imposera, également, l’exclusion définitive de la Chiraquie lors de toute reconstruction future de l’Europe.
La sauvegarde politique de ce continent est à ce seul prix.
